You retain 100% full intellectual property ownership of all original photographs uploaded and any transparent background cutout files exported using our software.

- Use the utility to process illegal, defamatory, obscene, or fraudulent content.
- Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or malicious modify our client-side WebAssembly scripts.
- Use automated scrapers, bots, or excessive automated requests to overload our hosting infrastructure.

Unless otherwise stated, ClearBG Pro and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all code, website designs, trademarks, text, layout assets, and custom WebAssembly models on ClearBG Pro. All intellectual property rights are reserved.
